Including Community Conservation in Your Estate Planning

We have seen the impact of working directly with local communities on conservation initiatives time and time again, and we believe that focusing on people is the future of conservation.

Supporting Community Conservation through your will, trust, or with a gift of stock ensures your long-term place in this effort. You will be helping to spread this empowering and inclusive type of conservation work and protect more of our world’s precious biodiversity.

Estate Gifts such as Wills and Trusts

A legacy gift through your estate is one of the most impactful ways of supporting people-based conservation. Thank you so much for considering including Community Conservation.

You can name Community Conservation as a beneficiary of your will, trust, IRA, retirement plan or life insurance policy.

We have provided example wording below that you may use if you desire. If you have questions about Community Conservation, please contact Executive Director April Sansom at april@communityconservation.org or (608) 735-4717. For assistance with your bequest, please contact your attorney or financial advisor.
